Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care in West Palm Beach. This PRN role supports clients with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping and companionship, following personalized care plans.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus, with English required for everyday communication. Benefits include competitive pay, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and referral bonuses up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional caregiving or home care experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
