Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Cypress, TX is seeking compassionate and dedicated in-home bilingual Spanish-speaking CNAs and Caregivers to support senior clients.

This part-time, hourly role offers weekly pay, paid time off, training opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and incentives for time of service. Shifts are available in Cypress and surrounding areas to help improve clients' health and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with insured and registered automobile.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional CNA or Caregiver experience.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and laundry as needed
• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for clients, following any specific dietary guidelines
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor clients' overall health
• Report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor or family member
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided
