Job summary

Caring Senior Service in Sugar Land, TX is seeking Spanish-speaking caregivers and CNAs to support seniors in their homes, delivering compassionate companionship and reliable daily care.

We offer part-time and PRN roles with day, night, and overnight shifts, flexible schedules, and bi-weekly pay. You will communicate in Spanish, assist with daily activities, and help maintain safety and dignity for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish
• Caregiving experience preferred; training available
• Caregiver or CNA with at least 1 year of experience
• Must be 18+
• Compassionate, dependable and professional
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must meet applicable background-check requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Communicate with clients in Spanish
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Support client safety, comfort, and dignity
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families
