Right at Home Southwest Houston is hiring Part-Time Caregivers and CNAs to support clients in their homes. You’ll provide personal care and related paraprofessional services according to a care plan, helping clients stay independent and safe at home.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care and related tasks in home settings.
• Ability to assist with transfers, mobility and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene; assist with ambulation/transfers.
• Assist with dressing, shaving, meals and snacks.
• Accompany clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Follow established plan of care and document progress.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
