Job summary

Massachusetts General Hospital seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator fluent in Spanish to support the Infectious Diseases Clinical Research Unit. You will recruit, screen, consent participants, and coordinate study visits for trials including Long COVID and PrEP navigation.

You will maintain study data and regulatory binders, perform basic clinical tests, and contribute to data analysis and reporting while collaborating with PI and team in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science required
• 1–2 years related post-bachelor's degree research experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish is desired for this role
• Experience with data management and regulatory binders is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, evaluating, and consenting patients for studies
• Collect and organize patient data; schedule study visits
• Perform clinical tests such as phlebotomy, EKGs, etc.
• Maintain study data, patient files, and regulatory binders
• Assist with data analysis, QA/QC, and preparation of reports/presentations
• May assist with training new staff members
