Job summary

One You Love Homecare is seeking dedicated caregivers to support seniors in the Houston area. You will provide daily routine care, companionship, and medication reminders while following the client’s Plan of Care and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of caregiving experience, excellent communication skills, personal care experience with seniors, and a heart for helping seniors live independently at home. We offer training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• One year of caregiving experience or more.
• Excellent communication skills required for client interaction.
• Personal care experience with seniors preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routine care based on the Plan of Care and competency.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks (rooms, laundry, bathrooms).
• Engage clients in conversation and activities for socialization.
• Transport clients to appointments as needed and approved.
• Observe universal precautions and safety protocols.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with meals; document tasks in WellSky.
• Maintain professionalism with timely clock-in/clock-out and clear communication.
