AT&T Premier Service Consultant in San Antonio, TX seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) full-time professional to drive customer acquisition, service and retention. This hybrid-remote role requires reporting to the Westover Place location and offers a mix of in-center and remote work with paid training and uncapped commission potential.

Base pay is $20.16 per hour with commissions; top performers can exceed $62,280 per year.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in customer acquisition, sales, service and retention.
• Ability to handle calls, chats and emails in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a hybrid/remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.
• Explain bills and product features clearly.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate when needed.
• Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.
