Job summary

Unicare ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing remote team. This role focuses on designing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, with training provided and flexible scheduling.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ($80-$125), per diem option, and opportunities to mentor RBTs and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team from home or on-site in Bronx, NY.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• Experience with individuals with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PFAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
• Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff.
