Wyndham Grand Rio Mar in Rio Grande, PR, invites a Wellness Ambassador to join our luxury spa team. You will guide guests through their spa journey, connect them with treatments, amenities, and homecare recommendations, while delivering warm, personalized service.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English/Spanish, and 1 year of guest-facing service experience. Knowledge of POS/booking systems (Book4Time) and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service in guest-facing role; spa/resort preferred.
• Proficiency with POS and booking systems, e.g., Book4Time.
• Strong computer skills and accurate typing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
