Job summary

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar is seeking a Wellness Ambassador to lead guests through a warm and personalized spa journey. You will greet guests, anticipate needs, and connect them with treatments, amenities, and homecare recommendations to ensure memorable experiences.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and proficiency with POS and booking systems (Book4Time). Flexibility for weekends/holidays is needed in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a guest-facing role; prior spa or resort experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) and booking systems (Book4Time).
• Strong computer skills and accurate typing ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment (phone, calculator, fax, printer, copier).
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Education & Experience

Physical Requirements
