Job summary

think-cell is seeking a Solution Consultant (Bilingual Spanish) in New York City, NY. You will partner with sales and customers to align our product with goals, demonstrating value through demos while expanding AI capabilities and GTM strategies.

You will create tailored presentations, support sales enablement, and contribute to cross-functional GTM initiatives in a startup-like environment backed by product leadership and funding. Fluency in Spanish is required for large-audience engagements.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency required, especially for calls and large audiences.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to craft polished, structured presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to customers and leading strategy discussions.
• 3–5+ years in management, strategy consulting, or product-oriented roles.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver tailored demos and presentations mapping product to persona pain points.
• Collaborate with sales to target accounts and refine stakeholder strategies.
• Develop GTM assets (pitch decks, demo flows, battlecards) ensuring consistent positioning.
• Analyze GTM performance to derive insights and drive improvements.
• Enable sales with product training and deal support.
