  • Connect survivors with legal, mental health, parenting, bilingual, and other community resources through collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Provide community education and workshops and represent VIP at meetings, conferences, task forces, and public events.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and program data, and support reporting, program evaluation, and quality improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate across VIP programs and within multidisciplinary teams to strengthen sexual violence services and ensure comprehensive, culturally responsive care.

  • Strong communication, clinical documentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound clinical judgment.
  • Commitment to social justice, anti-violence work, and culturally responsive services for diverse, immigrant, and Latine communities.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed.

If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply. We value transferable skills, a willingness to learn, and the different experiences candidates bring to their work.
