Job summary

Catholic Social Services of Columbus is seeking a bilingual Social Worker to provide comprehensive case management to Spanish-speaking clients in the Westside of Franklin County. The role includes intake assessment, goal setting, and service plan development, with documentation and supervision duties as needed.

The position requires an LSW license, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 1–2 years of social work or case management experience, plus a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management including intake, goal setting, case plan development, progress monitoring, advocacy, and referrals.
• Meet clients in-home or in the community per the case plan.
• Document all contacts accurately in the agency database.
• Supervise staff and interns, including onboarding, case assignment, and administrative support.
• Collaborate with the Director to set individual and team performance goals.
• Foster partnerships with community partners to enhance resources in human and social services.
• Deliver comprehensive case management for Spanish-speaking clients, including service linkage.

The Social Worker aids Spanish speaking residents in the Westside of Franklin County. Providing case management and supervision to assist clients in reaching their goals.

Experience

• Provides comprehensive case management services to all clients including intake assessment, goal setting, case plan development, progress monitoring, advocacy, and referrals.
• Meets with clients in their home and/or community as directed by the case plan.
• Inputs accurate and complete documentation for all contacts with clients into agency database.
• Proven supervision to staff and interns to include onboarding, case assignment, clinical, coaching, and administrative support.
• Proven supervision and establishes individual and team performance goals in collaboration with the Director.
• Drives partnership and collaboration with community partners to enhance resources to human and social services.
• Proven comprehensive case management services to Spanish speaking clients to include intake assessment, goal setting, service plan development, progress monitoring, advocacy, referrals, and service linkage.
