Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students in a Fremont, CA school setting for the 26/27 school year. You will work under a licensed SLP to implement goals and collect progress data.

Ideal candidates hold a California SLPA license, have school-based experience, and are comfortable using AAC devices. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with benefits and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Valid California SLPA license required.
• Prior school district experience in educational settings preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in data collection and progress monitoring.
• Experience working with students with extensive support needs, AAC devices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support elementary students under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Collect and report student progress and adapt strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to meet communication goals.
