Celebrations Speech Group is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish SLPA for an in-person, school-based assignment in San Jose, CA. This position supports elementary students within a collaborative and inclusive school environment.

The successful candidate will work under a licensed SLP, implement therapy, document progress, and help with scheduling IEP meetings. Requirements include California SLPA license, an associate's degree in Speech Pathology or a bachelor in Communication Disorders, and

Qualifications

• Active California SLPA License.
• Associate’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Responsibilities

• Implement direct speech-language therapy under licensed SLP supervision.
• Document treatment sessions and progress accurately.
• Update student progress biannually.
• Assist with scheduling IEP meetings and maintaining speech files.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
