Job summary

Soliant Health in California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, contract role covering maternity leave from mid-October through early February, with teletherapy under the supervision of an experienced SLP.

You will serve students in TK–5, deliver targeted speech-language services, document progress, and collaborate with families and school staff to support each child’s communication development within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CA SLPA license required.
• Minimum of three months’ SLPA experience, preferably in a school setting.
• Comfort with elementary-aged children (TK-5).
• Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, though not required.
• Able to collaborate with a supervising SLP and participate in planning meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to assigned TK-5 caseload under direct supervision.
• Implement intervention plans and individual goals for each student.
