Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team onsite in California. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations, therapy, IEP-aligned goals, and collaborate closely with teachers and families to support diverse student needs.

Spanish language preference is highlighted, but monolingual SLPs are considered. A Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and CA license eligibility are required, with prior school-based experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible California state SLP license.
• Prior school-based experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services to school-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Support students with a variety of communication needs within the school setting.
