ProCare Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Livermore, California. The role leverages bilingual skills to support diverse student populations and bridge communication gaps, delivering therapeutic services within the school setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and is licensed or eligible for licensure in California, with Spanish-English bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish-English preferred).
• Completion of Praxis Speech-Language Pathology Examination.
• Ability to satisfy district and state background clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations in accordance with district guidelines.
• Provide therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
• Assist with communication and interpretation needs when appropriate.
• Support culturally and linguistically diverse student populations.
