Career Links is seeking a qualified, bilingual English/Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based contract assignment in Texas. You will assess, treat, and support students’ communication needs, collaborating with educators and families to develop effective IEPs.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, and licensure eligibility in Texas. Compensation ranges from $55 to $75 per hour, with sign-on and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain the license.
• Ability to obtain Texas school-based credentials for the assignment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations considering linguistic backgrounds.
• Develop and monitor IEPs tailored to students’ communication needs.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy and consultative services.
• Deliver services in both English and Spanish as needed.
• Maintain documentation and service logs per IDEA and district requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support goals.
• Participate in IEP and MDT meetings and professional development.
