Career Links is seeking a qualified bilingual English/Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based contract assignment in Texas. You will assess and treat students with diverse communication needs, collaborating with educators, families, and specialists to develop and monitor IEPs.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to obtain Texas school-based credentials required for the assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, considering students’ linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to students’ communication needs.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy and consultative services.
• Deliver services in both English and Spanish, as needed.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and service logs per IDEA and state/district requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and AAC when appropriate.
• Support inclusive education and adapt interventions for diverse learners.
• Guide classroom staff and families to reinforce communication strategies.
