Valor Environmental in Waller, TX is hiring a Full-Time Bilingual Crew Leader for construction and landscaping projects. You will lead the daily crew, coordinate materials, supervise safety, and communicate with clients on site while ensuring quality and timely inspections.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a valid Driver’s License, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Weekend work and extended hours may be needed for year-round projects.

Qualifications

• Must speak Spanish and English.
• Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience.
• Must be able to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leads all crew activities for the day, including site transport, materials, quality control, and safety.
• Interacts with clients on site to ensure work is completed to spec.
• Reinforces company culture among crew and maintains equipment and cleanliness.
• Ensures materials are used efficiently and paperwork is completed accurately.
