Valor Environmental is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a field crew across diverse outdoor settings. You will ensure safety, achieve quality work, and manage costs while coordinating with clients and managers on job progress.

The role demands strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with readiness to work outdoors and travel to sites. Bilingual candidates are preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to illustrate organization, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be approved to be on company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of Environmental Field Services Specialists.
• Assure all standards of quality met in the field.
• Monitor region performance, cost control, vendor and client relations.
• Maintain safety on site and correct unsafe behavior.
• Operate company machinery and equipment with care.
• Hire, develop and manage team members for high performance and integrity.
• Interface with clients on site to ensure work and develop new opportunities.
• Ensure site efficiency, safety and decorum at all times.
• Coordinate with Market Manager to please clients and deliver on time with quality.
• Manage costs: labor, overtime, equipment, fuel, vehicles, and inventory.
• Foster Valor Environmental culture within the crew.
