C&Y Global Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our in-person team in the Atlanta area. The role requires computer skills for data entry, bilingual Chinese-English capabilities, and accurate documentation of inbound materials.

Hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $45,000 to $70,000 per year depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision coverage, and 401(k) planning.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in data entry with minimal errors, and detail-oriented.
• Can work under high time pressure, and keep high work quality under minimum supervision.
• Well-organized, initiative, strong sense of responsibility.
• Advanced computer skills included Microsoft suites.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check.

• Ensure correct labels are properly placed on all inbound material.
• Organize and accurately file paperwork in a timely manner.
• Plan containers and do Quality control.
• Complete packing list and invoice to customer.
• Communicate with shipping team (overseas) about outbound materials.
• Assist logistics team to coordinate outbound shipments as needed.

Position: Shipping & Receiving Specialist - (Computer skills needed for this job)

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay: $45K to $70K/Annual Salary -- DOE
