Job summary

C&Y Global Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage inbound material weighing, data entry, and settlements with suppliers. The role requires bilingual Chinese/English abilities and strong attention to detail.

This in-person position in the United States offers a 40+ hour workweek, with duties spanning shipping coordination, documentation, and coordination with accounting for supplier payments. DOE applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Proficient data entry with minimal errors; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under high time pressure with minimal supervision.
• Well-organized, proactive, responsible.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and record weight of all material entering warehouse.
• Generate and send settlements to all suppliers.
• Enter weight, description, and photos of inbound material into database.
• Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.
• Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payment.
• Answer supplier concerns as they arise.
• Ensure correct labels on inbound material.
• Organize and file paperwork in a timely manner.
• Plan containers and perform quality control.
• Complete packing list and invoice to customer.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with the shipping team.

Position: Shipping & Receiving Specialist - (Computer skills needed for this job)

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay: $45K to $70K/Annual Salary -- DOE

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Weigh and record weight of all material entering warehouse.


• Generate and send settlements to all suppliers.


• Enter weight, description, and pictures of inbound material into company database.


• Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.


• Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payment.


• Answer supplier concerns as they arise.


• Ensure correct labels are properly placed on all inbound material.


• Organize and accurately file paperwork in a timely manner.


• Plan containers and do Quality control.


• Complete packing list and invoice to customer.


• Communicate with shipping team (overseas) about outbound materials.


• Assist logistics team to coordinate outbound shipments as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college degree


• Bilingual in Chinese + English


• Must be proficient in data entry with minimal errors, and detail-oriented


• Can work under high time pressure, and keep high work quality under minimum supervision


• Well-organized, initiative, strong sense of responsibility


• Advanced computer skills included Microsoft suites


• Excellent communication skills


• Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
