C&Y Global Inc. is a fast-growing scrap-metal recycling company with multiple warehouses. We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist who can handle data entry, weigh inbound materials, and communicate with suppliers and the accounting team.

The role is in-person and requires bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $45K to $70K per year depending on experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in data entry with minimal errors, and detail-oriented.
• Can work under high time pressure and maintain quality with minimal supervision.
• Well-organized, initiative, strong sense of responsibility.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Weigh and record weight of all material entering warehouse.
• Generate and send settlements to all suppliers.
• Enter weight, description, and pictures of inbound material into company database.
• Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.
• Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payment.
• Ensure correct labels are placed on all inbound material.
• Plan containers and perform Quality control.
• Complete packing list and invoice to customer.
• Coordinate with shipping team about outbound materials.
• Assist logistics team to coordinate outbound shipments as needed.

Position:

Shipping & Receiving Specialist - (Computer skills needed for this job)

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay:

$45K to $70K/Annual Salary -- DOE

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Weigh and record weight of all material entering warehouse.
• Generate and send settlements to all suppliers.
• Enter weight, description, and pictures of inbound material into company database.
• Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.
• Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payment.
• Answer supplier concerns as they arise.
• Ensure correct labels are properly placed on all inbound material.
• Organize and accurately file paperwork in a timely manner.
• Plan containers and do Quality control.
• Complete packing list and invoice to customer.
• Communicate with shipping team (overseas) about outbound materials.
• Assist logistics team to coordinate outbound shipments as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or college degree
• Bilingual in Chinese + English
• Must be proficient in data entry with minimal errors, and detail-oriented
• Can work under high time pressure, and keep high work quality under minimum supervision
• Well-organized, initiative, strong sense of responsibility
• Advanced computer skills included Microsoft suites
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
