Fidelis Logistics is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Florida to help manage incoming and outgoing pallet shipments, verify deliveries, and coordinate loading schedules. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in shipping/receiving, familiarity with inventory systems, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with TMS/WMS or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track shipments.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming shipments and ensure matches with work orders.
• Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records with digital logs and documentation.
• Coordinate loading/unloading schedules with carriers and drivers.
• Be the main contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors.
• Use COLT/Blue Yonder to optimize workflow.
• Perform pre-shift checks, assign loads, and coordinate with forklift drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies (OSHA, MSDS).
• Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations. (pallet/manufacturing experience a plus).


• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with TMS/WMS or inventory management systems a plus.


• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to track shipments and spot discrepancies.
