Job summary

Fidelis Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator in Maryland to join a safety‑driven team. You will operate forklifts to move pallets, load and unload trailers, and ensure accurate counts for shipments while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating single & double blade forklifts.
• Basic math skills to track inventory movement
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• A strong work ethic and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to transport pallets and materials
• Load/unload trailers, containers, and conveyors
• Ensure accurate pallet counts for shipments
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow OSHA & company safety standards (PPE required )
• Be ready for overtime and weekends when needed (extra $$!)
