Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and verify shipments against shipping documents and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Greet and assist drivers during pickup and delivery operations.
• Provide guidance to drivers regarding warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and paperwork.
• Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Communicate shipment issues, damages, or discrepancies to leadership promptly.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL SHIPPING AND RECEIVING IN FRANKLIN PARK, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Franklin Park, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, assisting drivers, and maintaining accurate shipping and receiving documentation in a cold storage warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior shipping and receiving experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled facility.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $19/hour
