Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft SharePoint Customer Engineer fluent in English and Spanish. You will work with enterprise and government clients to deliver SharePoint solutions, migrations, and optimizations across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

The role requires 8+ years in customer-facing roles with expertise in SharePoint administration, PowerShell/CSOM/Graph API, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles (architecture, admin, or IT consulting).
• Proven SharePoint deployment, migration, and support for on-premises, hybrid, and online.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, CSOM, and Graph API.
• Experience with Azure, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 governance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or related field.
• Exposure to SharePoint Viva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, operate, and optimize SharePoint environments (on-premises, hybrid, and online).
• Deliver workshops and advisory sessions on SharePoint Server/Online.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues and provide resolutions.
• Lead migrations and optimization engagements with customers.
• Guide development teams on SharePoint best practices.
• Automate environments using PowerShell, CSOM, and related tools.
• Ensure security and governance across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies to guide transformations.
