Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Service Technician I for a 232-unit apartment community in Arlington, TX. You will turn vacant units into move-in ready homes and maintain the property grounds. This role supports a teamwork-driven environment with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements include at least one year of maintenance experience, bilingual English/Spanish, ability to follow directions, and willingness to work weekends/on-call. Valid Texas driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
• Walking the property grounds and common areas, picking up trash and debris.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by Community Manager or Service Supervisor.
