Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers in both Spanish and English, addressing their service needs and inquiries
2. Assess customer concerns and provide clear, detailed information about services and repairs in both languages
3. Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently, optimizing workflow within the service department
4. Create precise estimates and work orders, ensuring customers fully understand the scope of services provided
5. Convey service updates and progress to customers in a timely manner, maintaining open lines of communication

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related customer service role in the automotive sector is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Excellent customer service skills and a focus on client satisfaction
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of automotive services and repair processes is a plus
