Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multi‑channel campaigns, working with writers, designers and account teams to meet tight deadlines. The role emphasizes clear communication, program leadership and cross‑functional collaboration across North America.

You will manage production, coordinate vendors, and ensure high‑quality output for Employee Benefit Communications while supporting both French and English language requirements in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English required.
• Bachelor (or equivalent) degree preferred.
• At least two years of project management experience in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated comfort with public speaking and presenting.
• Experience with project management software such as Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Employee benefits knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, control and close projects.
• Coordinate with account teams, writers and designers to manage production.
• Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Create and execute project tasks and revise as needed for changing circumstances.
• Proof and format Excel source documents.
• Lead client calls and deliver customized employee communication recommendations.
