The successful candidate will be a gifted communicator, a seasoned leader, and a devoted follower of Christ, able to cast vision, mentor staff, and shepherd the church through mission and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Clear calling to pastoral ministry.
• Ordination with CMA or eligibility to ordain.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and spiritual direction for GGAC.
• Preach and teach biblically sound sermons.
• Mentor pastoral staff and ministry leaders; build teamwork.
• Oversee strategic planning and church-wide initiatives.
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to congregation.
• Engage in mission and community outreach.
