Christian Career Center is seeking a Senior Pastor for Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford, New Jersey. This role requires at least 5-10 years of Senior Pastoral experience and strong preaching capabilities. The Senior Pastor will lead a multigenerational congregation and must be aligned with evangelical beliefs, with ordination in the Christian and Missionary Alliance preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years Senior Pastoral experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in staff management and organizational development.
• Christian & Missionary Alliance ordination required (or willingness to obtain).
