• Encourage the church to move in the right direction.
• Conduct regular evaluations and improvements during progress.
• Participate in church activities and provide appropriate guidance.
• Shepherding and Caring for the Congregation
• Nurture believers with sound doctrine to foster spiritual growth.
• Understand the needs of members through fellowship and communication.
• Serve as a role model for the flock, following Christ and making disciples.
• Provide training to equip believers and demonstrate strong teaching abilities.
• Have a burden for evangelism and leading others to Christ.
