The ideal candidate should be devoted to Christ, capable of guiding the church’s growth and development according to God’s will, and demonstrate vision, passion, strong communication skills, and a close walk with God. A clear calling to serve the Lord is essential.

Church History

Peninsula Community Alliance Church was established in 1996 and relocated to in San Mateo, California in 2005. As part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, the church has consistently upheld the truths of the Old and New Testaments and revered the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Currently, the Cantonese congregation averages over 60 attendees, while the Mandarin congregation has over 30 attendees. The church is actively developing an English ministry and expanding children’s and youth programs, with a commitment to serving the Chinese community in the Bay Area, particularly in San Mateo.
