Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston seeks a Lead Clinician for St. Michael's to provide clinical consultation to staff and interns, oversee documentation, and ensure quality and productivity targets are met.

The role includes direct client services when needed and participation in ongoing staff development and policy implementation. The position requires a Master’s in a mental health field, Texas licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW), and at least four years of clinical experience plus two

Formación

• Master’s degree in a mental health field (Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy)
• Licensed by the State of Texas and in good standing (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• Four (4) years of direct clinical services experience in mental health
• Two (2) years of leadership experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Valid Texas Driver’s License

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling to children and families in compliance with licensing, accrediting, funder requirements, and HIPAA.
• Provide administrative oversight for the counseling team, ensuring productivity and quality assurance targets.
• Develop and review documentation, tools, and systems for services rendered and outcomes reporting.
• Participate in staff meetings and funder meetings; attend trainings and professional development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
