IntelliPro in San Jose, CA, is seeking a motivated Semiconductor Recruiter / Talent Analyst (entry level) to learn the full recruitment lifecycle, talent research, and semiconductor roles under guidance of an experienced team leader.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, screen technical backgrounds, and build long-term relationships with semiconductor professionals while developing market insights and effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Learn semiconductor roles across IC design, process, equipment, manufacturing, packaging and other engineering functions.
• Research semiconductor companies, teams, and talent markets.
• Source and identify qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networks.
• Review and evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds, experience, and compensation expectations.
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening calls.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with semiconductor professionals.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
• Support talent mapping and market research for specialized positions.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates through the process.
• Maintain recruiting data, pipelines, and activity records.
• Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle over time.
