Nation Security is seeking a professional, dependable Bilingual Security Site Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee daily security operations at our client location in Kendall, FL. This role leads on-site security officers, ensures compliance with post orders, and maintains strong client relations.

The candidate should hold a Florida Class D Security License, be fully bilingual, and be locally based with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Class D Security License required.
• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish.
• Local to Kendall, FL with reliable transportation.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
• Proficient with smartphones for digital logging, timekeeping, and reporting apps.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site security personnel and enforce policies.
• Oversee routine facility patrols, monitor surveillance, inspect access points, and control entry/exit procedures.
• Serve as main point of contact for emergencies, investigate incidents, and resolve them professionally.
• Prepare and review daily logs, incident reports, and maintenance requests using digital systems.
• Liaise with client representatives and site visitors, balancing security with quality service.
• Oversee equipment inspection and maintenance reporting on site.
