SafeTouch Security, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Security Monitoring Coordinator to join our on-site monitoring team. You will monitor alarm activity, assist customers, coordinate emergency responses, and support gate access.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. Shifts include first, second, and third with pay aligned to shift and bilingual proficiency, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, alarm monitoring, emergency communications, or another fast-paced service environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask while remaining calm and professional.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software applications.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and respond to alarm signals, emergency notifications, and live video activity.
• Contact customers, emergency contacts, and emergency responders when alarms are received.
• Perform remote security checks, gate access management, and virtual security services.
• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls regarding alarms, gate access, and general support.
• Document alarm activity, customer interactions, and dispatch actions accurately.
• Assist customers with basic alarm system functions, including arming, disarming, and resetting systems.
• Monitor multiple systems simultaneously while prioritizing urgent situations.
• Follow established procedures to help keep customers safe.
• Participate in ongoing training and support additional responsibilities as needed.
