Job summary

Fiesta Mart Store Operations is seeking a Seafood Clerk - 081 Conroe to deliver excellent customer service, maintain seafood displays, and support a fast-paced grocery environment. You will interact with customers in Spanish and English, assist with product labeling, and lift up to 60 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers and employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous customer service in the seafood department.
• Set up, maintain, and clean seafood display cases; rotate stock.
• Assist customers with product questions; ensure cleanliness and organization.
