Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a Lake Villa, IL school setting for the 2026-2027 year. The role is 1.0 FTE, Monday to Friday, with ASAP start and competitive pay up to 70/hour.

The position includes W-2 employment with liability insurance, benefits, and licensure reimbursements. You will evaluate and treat students, develop IEP-aligned plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with educators and families to support communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Illinois PEL with School SLP endorsement is required.
• Valid Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation SLP license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to support student outcomes.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations.
• Maintain confidential student records in compliance with regulations.
