Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Illinois PEL SLP license and ISBE credentialing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech and language evaluations and provide therapy to students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation and data.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to support communication and learning.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations.
• Maintain compliant and confidential student records per regulations.
• Support a range of student communication needs across school settings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success.
