Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of data entry/processing and computer terms.

Responsibilities

• Register students (pre-registration, registration, online registration).
• Maintain and update student records (Academic/PEIMS).
• Assist in archiving grades and preparing enrollment documents.
• Process residence checks and verify new student information.
• Enter PEIMS data in demographics and leavers.
• Handle magnet placement applications and communicate results to schools/parents.
• Request and disseminate student records between districts and TxEIS.
• Assist with progress report and report card processes; mail communications.
• Attend after-school or Saturday events as needed.
• Support transfers and transcript production.
