Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Bilingual School Psychologist for the La Grange, IL area for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role you’ll conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Requirements include a Master’s in School Psychology, Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement, and bilingual Spanish proficiency. We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals alike.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
• Bilingual, fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Write evaluation reports and IEP documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations
