Job summary

Promesa Academy in Texas seeks a licensed LSSP to provide bilingual psychological services, support ARD/IEP processes, and conduct psychoeducational evaluations for bilingual students in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate holds an LSSP license (TSBEP), a master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology, and fluency in English and Spanish. Remote or on-site work with flexible schedules and occasional campus travel.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LSSP license issued by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is required.
• Experience with bilingual or emergent bilingual populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations in English and Spanish.
• Support ARD/IEP processes with culturally responsive practices.
• Collaborate with families and school teams to ensure equitable access.
• Prepare legally compliant, culturally informed evaluation reports.
