Job summary

AIM Educate invites experienced School Psychologists/LSSPs to join as 1099 independent contractors. You’ll conduct FIEs and REEDs, contribute to IEP development, and collaborate with schools across Texas.

This role offers flexible caseload management, travel to campus sites, and access to AIM’s in-house evaluation tools. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in School Psychology, Texas LSSP licensure, and experience evaluating children and adolescents (0–18); bilingual Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Active Texas LSSP licensure.
• Experience in psychological assessment of children and adolescents (0–18).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FIEs and REEDs for students (0–18) referred for special education evaluation.
• Contribute evaluation findings to the development of IEPs.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and community agencies on intervention strategies.
• Attend ARD committee meetings to support placement decisions.
• Produce accurate, timely evaluation reports meeting district and state requirements.
• Track and submit billable hours through QuickBooks.

Compensation
