Job summary

Limitless Endeavors is seeking a School Based Support Specialist to provide guidance, encouragement, and support to assigned youth to foster their personal, academic, or professional development. This role centers on building a positive, trusting relationship that helps the youth set and achieve goals, gain confidence, and develop skills.

For the upcoming 2026-27 school year, the position will be located in a Prince Georges County Public Elementary School during school hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in relevant field or expertise.

Responsibilities

• Establish a supportive relationship with youth.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff.
• Meet with parents and youth to discuss progress and needs.
• Help youth set goals and work toward achieving them.
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries.
• Track progress and report to supervisor.
