Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Perform treatment planning and crisis intervention.
• Involve family/significant others in care when indicated.
• Coordinate with treatment team psychiatrists or NPs for consultations.
• Report child abuse/neglect as required by policy.
• Maintain documented records in compliance with OMH and JCAHO standards.
• Develop and review initial and treatment plans with clients regularly.
• Provide case management and referral to services as needed.
• Identify suicide/violence risk factors and implement safety plans.
