As a Clinical Case Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering essential clinical services. You'll work closely with district personnel in Chester County, PA to support identified populations, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and professional standards. Your role will involve individual therapy, family counseling, case management, prevention, and consultation services, all provided in offices, schools, homes, and other community locations. Qualifications

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related Human Services discipline. Clinical Licensure is preferred. Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year of verified experience providing mental health treatment required OR two years of professional child care experience. Current and valid driver’s license required.
